How to send Hugggs via Email

Available to Plus/Pro account holders only

Here's how you do it:

1. Head over to 'Send gifts' and decide whether you'd like to 'Send a choice of gift' or 'Send a gift'. 
   
   
   
   
   
2. Choose a thoughtful, hand-picked gift range using the filters on the left or, customise the gifts available by clicking 'Customise choices' in the top right. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once you’ve double-checked everything and hit ‘Next', you will be taken to the next screen where you can craft a message of your own.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll further down and you can choose a digital wrap for the gift! 
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. On the next page, please decide how you'd like to share the gifts. In this case, please select 'Email, sent by Huggg'. Here's a demo from this stage if preferred. 
   
   
   
   
   
6. When prompted, please add the recipients email address in the box. You also have the option to add notes, to help you keep track later down the line. 
   
   
   
   Then, please be sure to click 'Add recipient'. 
   
   
   
7. Decide whether you'd like to send now, or schedule to send at a future date.
   
   If you decide to schedule for later, we'll send the voucher link for you on the chosen date. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. Next, please choose an expiry date. This is the date by which the recipient must select their gift. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
9. You can now review & pay for your purchase!
   
   
   
   
   
   
10. A confirmation screen should now pop up - all sorted!
